Jack is a graduate civil engineer with previous engineering design consultancy experience and more recent experience in the development management of several stages of a medium sized residential land subdivision project and strata retirement village. Jack provides project development management and administration support to the directors at Cerretti Holdings Pty Ltd.
Steve continues as the joint managing director of his own Architectural practice with over 30 years in business, which means he now offers a solid foundation for Cerretti through an understanding of the practical design requirements of property development and business management. Steve’s approach to development incorporates an environmentally sensitive nature with a focus on practical outcomes. Steve is a registered Architect with the Australian Royal Institute of Architects. Steve operates as a joint Managing Director of Cerretti Holdings Pty Ltd.
When Chris started his career as a carpenter and progressed to a clerk of works in his father’s business, he knew he wanted to pursue a long-term career in the building industry. Chris’s passion to learn and gain quality experience in the industry is what helped him to succeed as a senior manager for some of the country’s largest building contractors, and then go on to create a successful business of his own. Chris has notched up over 35 years of experience in delivering large scale and complex building projects. Chris’s knowledge across all sectors of the building industry brings strength and balance to Cerretti’s development projects. Chris operates as a joint Managing Director of Cerretti Holdings Pty Ltd.
