Project Scope: Land subdivision & construction of 60 Townhouses
Ryhope Street Mount Hutton is a new land subdivision built through the Cerretti group of companies.
The subdivision master planned for 60 new, architecturally designed homes to create this lifestyle community close to the Lake, Charlestown and the Newcastle CBD. The development was at the forefront of Lake Macquarie Council’s Infill Housing Strategy to develop underutilised land and create greater housing diversity close to existing infrastructure.
The majority of the new houses in Ryhope Street have been built through Cerretti’s construction arm, WR Building & Property.
