Chris has over 40 years’ experience in delivering large scale and complex building projects. Chris’s knowledge across all sectors of the building industry brings expertise, strength and balance to Cerretti’s development projects.

Steve is a registered Architect who has successfully run his own practice for over 30 years. This expertise offers a solid foundation for the Cerretti group of companies through an understanding of the practical design requirements and business management.

Patrick has over 30 years’ experience across the construction industry, completing numerous large-scale public and private projects as both a Contractor and Project Manager. This unique perspective allows valuable insights into risk mitigation, value management, contracts, programming and buildability.

Jack has a background in Civil Engineering and has developed wealth of knowledge in planning, feasibility and approvals.
